Aris was very efficient and professional in painting our house. He started and finished the job in the time frame that we agreed upon. He did a thorough job which was totally to our satisfaction. I highly recommend him because of his efficiency and reasonable rates.

Very attentive, great painting work (we had our whole home painted), and best of all, They were able to complete the job within our specified time range.

We ended up adding a few things when he was here as they were a bit ahead of schedule and we were so happy with how it was going so far. I hired Top 1 Painting to repaint a rental unit after a tenant moved out.Not only was Aris pleasant to communicate with, he was also well versed on colour matching, finishes and time management. Highly recommend Chris! We were looking for an initial quote via phone/email and he was able to give us a price range based on photos we provided.  This was big for us as most other painters will want to come to your home PRIOR to giving a price quote. With the pandemic this was a big deal.His quote was also within our budget unlike other quotes that we received.Chris was very friendly, courteous, easy to communicate, was clear and informative with his thoughts and suggestions.He gave a clear breakdown of the work he would do daily and the approx total days of work. He also gave us advance notice if additional coats were required.His work is clean and paint work is very professional!Would highly recommend!!
